Subject: No Good Deed episode question

So I've had this question since the first time I saw this episode, and it wasn't answered when I watched it again last night. NBC.com's description of this episode includes the line "Dr. Kovac intends to carry out a threat made to Dr. Weaver." Hello, what threat? I didn't see anyone make any threat to Weaver. Do you think they mean that he intended to take time off, even though she told him not to? Not exactly a threat, methinks.

So we can take next week off - as I recall, precious Luka is just a voice on an answering machine next week.
