Especially since he won't be in 10.1, (being, of course, presumed dead!) and it looks like he may not be in 10.3, or will be there only very briefly. (I'm wondering if his filming schedule for Spartacus is cutting into the beginning of the new ER season, so he can't appear much (if it all) in 10.3.) Also, a careful reading of some very detailed spoilers of 10.2 : SPOILER SPACE * * * * * * seems to indicate something odd. There seem to be scenes of just Luka, and scenes of just Carter, but (possibly?) no scenes of both of them. (IOW, after Carter finds Luka, we don't see them together.) The eppy was obviously filmed last spring, along with Kisangani, but I wonder if GV's need to rush off to Bulgaria meant that they had to do his scenes first and get them out of the way, with Wyle filming all of his (more extensive) scenes later on.
