The approved group of orphans have been carefully vetted by their respective maildrop providers. So you know you can trust them to have the funds described in their presentations, and obviously they will need your assistance in moving the money to your country.

There may be a few glitches. For instance, there are some costs which must be paid in advance; that is why this is called an "advance fee" scam. The funds you are to receive are fictional, and so cannot be used to defray the up-front costs.
