We have a strong gold buyer in HK. They can take large quantities of up to 2,000 MT, in 40 - 50 MT tranches. We need real sellers able to provide FCO on their letterhead to proceed. IF the FCO is issued by mandate it has to be accompanied by Letter of Authorization/Appointment. Brokers are accepted if they can arrange direct contact with seller or mandate; buyer refuses to transact with brokers or via brokers. SCO/FCO on seller's/mandate's letterhead is a must to proceed.
