He, or should I say his player, gave me the most confusing answer I've ever recieved. Actually, I'm not even sure it is an answer. I can't even explain it...so I'll just repeat the coversation.

Rachel: *runs and pops some popcorn and sits down, clearing her throat* Well... it's a long story, and it all started with me making all my characters sneak not only Mal but Cirrus, Sham, and Nightmare, but not without good reason. Mostly it was to show how lousy those Amazons really were when it came to doing their duties... but as far as WHY Haunted was appointed his position, one would have to talk to Fran, Ashley, or Kate. But My personal opinion is this: *snickers a bit* Chase is my personal whipping boy.
