You are correct in that its a realm account, and I have been on in the past 90 days. The error I'm getting is different from the usual "Unable to join game" so I think I am just going to wait for Blizz to help me out. I'm thinking that with all the Exp Pack stuff on West that might be part of my prob. Any other USWest chars having problems? As for the folders, I have one for USWest and USEast so I'm thinking it stores something locally - no clue what though.
