Yes, Miss Chapa was not happy with the shell she received, The shell quality was poor in her words and bashed the seamstress in everyway possible. I do not smoke and that was another issue with the seamstress I assumed. We agreed to get her a new shell and refund her some $$ as well.

After all was said an done the seamstress offered to make her a new shell.
and we sent a refund as well that by accepting the paypal refund this matter would be closed and we would not be responsible if she wasnt happy with the shell again. She accepted this paypal and record has been kept for anyone interested.

In the meantime I had offered her $40.00 to cover the trims it would take to replace on the new shell.
This is the money she is waiting for.
I have been very busy and my only fault is delaying this final payment of 40.00. I wish miss chapa would have told the entire story when she chose speak ill of us.
That is the story.
