HI, I was told to come to this board and Brandy W you are nuts you need to tell the whole story and Alex Weekley's mom is a lawyer and she can back everything up. Like how the dress arrived a month late worn and adjusted (but your kid couldn�t fit the dress???? and the stones all ripped off... NO you didn't tell that WHY??????

Like before what you and Jackie arranged I do not know. It was between you all and I thought maybe you got your differences worked out. If not, none of my business actually. As far as I'm concerned I did what Jackie said for me to that�s all and then I told you I got a gross of stones retail and paid shipping that was your 50$ and that I would send you the remaining of those stones from that one gross if you wanted but you and Jackie came to an agreement that she would sell the dress instead of getting you another one and that you would be paid what the dress was sold for. I was not in on this agreement I actually tried to help you by getting you another dress made but I hear that you told Jackie you didn�t want that anymore. I got an email from Jackie that Alex Weekley�s mom was sending the money though my paypal since you had paypaled me originally and I was to send the money to you. You were sent transaction details on everything she sent every dime was sent right to you.

A month goes by and Alex�s mom didn�t have her dress. I called you on the phone and You LIED to me saying that you had sent the dress out to my address before thanksgiving. I have never received anything from you. Also you were supposed to send the dress as is but you RIPPED ALL THE STONES OFF THE DRESS and that was the child�s mom�s only complaint. She said that you ripped all the stones off leaving the dress in bad shape and it looks like you have worn the dress 100 times, but you claimed that it didn�t fit your kid???? And that it was dirty... This was supposed to be a brand new dress being sent to her mom as it was sent to you. Not adjusted, not worn. So after many times of trying to get with you and Alex�s mom trying to get with you she placed a paypal report on me for procedure so I called them and they said I needed to place one on you for procedure and that�s what I did.

It don't matter because I did it as a courtesy for the child�s mom. If it doesn�t work she is registered with the GA bar and she said she will come up to WV to take you to court since the money came to you and ended up with you, every dime of it. So while your here bad mouthing me you need to be worried about why you sent a pitiful mess to someone when it was not in the agreement. You need to get off he boards playing poor victim and start answering emails from Attorney Weekley.
