I have to agree with Jesse on this one, Vash will win it. There are many reasons that he would win, lets take the whole bullets don't hit him thing. All of Spike's bullets will miss and Vash can do as he will. Vash may not kill but he actually has and could do it again. Also, he doesn't need to kill Spike in order to win. There are other ways, but if it comes to that, Vash will do the neccessary and end Spike's suffering (cool as he is). I go with Vash on this one all the way, I mean come on, the guy is my wallpaper. He has to win.
