Subject: BANK GUARANTEE REQUESTED

PROCEDURE

1- Buyer submits LOI with full banking, CIS, passport, FPA.

2- The seller countersigns the LOI with full banking and email to
buyer/borrower email- WITH AN INVOICE OF XX% FEE.

3- BCL RWA BANK will send a MT 199 confirming readiness to receive
the MT760 and seek return SWIFT MT 199 RWA for issuance of BG direct
to Funding Bank.

4- BG issuing Bank to issue MT 199 (direct to funding bank)
confirming readiness to issue BG by MT 760 and seek return SWIFT MT
199 confirmation of the Funding within 15 Banking days of receiving
the BG.

5- Funding Bank will confirm by return MT199 confirming readiness
to fund the Project on receipt of an acceptable MT 760 as per URDG
758.

6- BG issuing will issue the MT 760.

8- Funding bank will fund the MT 760 and fees paid out of
the credit line as per SWIFT MT 199 confirmation of the Funding.

SWIFT MT 199 confirmation of the Funding within 15 Banking days of receiving the BG.

An MT 199 confirming readiness to fund against a BG to be issued by MT 760 read in conjunction with Article 11 of UCP is as good as ICBPO; any banker will tell you this.

BG Amount 500 M Euros.

Format : URDG 758.

PRICE : 72 +2 % MAXIMUM.

Preferred Banks : HSBC LONDON, BARCLAY'S LONDON OR GENEVA, DEUSTCHE BANK FRANKFURT.
