I have the pleasure to write you to inform you that we are tunisian-libyan company professional in oil services, we have good relationships with VIP from libya which give us the priority to get good opportunities in pertrolum industry.
I contact you to inform you that I am now in direct contact with a libyan group which is searching to collaborate with a serious group in an important petroleum project.
I have the pleasure to give you more clarifications about the project: it consists of the building of oil reffineries with capacity of 400.000 barrels per day with a petrochemical complex. The capacity of this project is between 7 and 9 Billions USD.
All the documentation and the administratives autorisations from all the governmental authorities concerned are readies and the site of the project is also ready.
For this reason my libyans partners are searsching for serious investor who can enter in JV partnership with 70 or 80% from the total amount project(the pourcentage is negociable the date of meeting).
I have now also direct contact with an other serious Canadian group who wants to do this project but they are searching for banking instrument BG as proof of funds to give to the libyans.
You have now a whole idea about the project so what are your suggestions especially we are searching for solide group able to enter in this project.
Concerning the confidential documents they will be given on the meeting table
