PS..No Joker Brokers requiring upfront fees or payment before verification of the instrument. I have been caught before. OUR CLIENT bank WILL BE happy to confirm that I have the funds to pay for the leasing of the instrument and will undertake (MT103) to make payment immediately upon verification of the instrument.
