Procedure:

1. Buyer sends simple Letter of Intent (LOI)
We require the following documents together with the LOI

from the Investor:
a. Client Information Sheet
b. Passport copy & FPA
c. if buyer is a company, a Corporate Resolution and

Corporate Profile
d. Text Format of the Approved Verbiage by Sellers Bank.
2. Seller Completes Due Diligence.
3. Once due diligence is completed, the seller

Countersigns the LOI with Full Banking Details and Email

to Buyer.
i.) A deal of agreement is prepared by the Seller which

must be reviewed and acknowledged by Buyer before

Signatures of Both parties are appended on the Agreement

Document.
4. Buyer Pay for the Bank Transmission Charges for the

Swift of MT799 & MT760 Which is determined by the

Issuing Bank( HSBC) .
5. After Seller Confirms the receipt of the payment of

the bank transmission charges and then Issues Swift

MT799 Pre-advise to the Buyers Bank.
6. Bank receipts Swift MT799 Pre-advise and issues Swift

MT 799 ICBPO For the 6% and 2% Commission. Sellers Bank

within Banking Hours issues Swift MT760 Instrument to

Buyers Bank.
7. The buyer Authenticate, Verifies the Swift MT760 and

Pay 6% +2 Commissions by Wire Transfer MT103.
8. Within Seven(7) Banking days Seller Delivers hard

Copy of the Instrument by Bonded Courier to Buyer Bank.
9. All Subsequent tranches will be based on the same

procedure until collateral or Funds become exhausted.

If you are satisfied with our procedure then you can be

introduced to the Principal Provider.
