Arbitrage is the practice of buying or leasing financial interests on the theory that you will get more out of them.

When someone offers you the difference in interest, you should be polite. Do not ask why they are not keeping the instruments and the profit for themselves. Also do not ask whether the instruments you are buying or leasing are make-believe. That would be rude.
