I have just been sent information from one of my major direct funders that they are providing financing for Gold Mines and Petroleum projects in the American continent only,that would be North and South America,and Central America,and the Carribean Islands.

They are interested in Oil Producing projects that have leases in place already,and they are also interested in Gold,Iron and Coal Producing projects only,

They do not offer loans for these types of projects,their program is based on an indivisble Joint Venture Capital/IPO and the company i deal with could merge,remerge or reverse merge;depending on the specific project/entity needs. This company that i deal with will pay for all due diligence necessary until closing,needless to say it;at no cost to the Principal.
