What right indeed?
Trent in answer to your question about Wesley's 'right' to fire Charles in s2, I fear that you are bandying about rights discourse with neither direction nor understanding!

You argue that Wesley has no 'right' to fire Gunn because he, Cordy and Gunn had set up AI as equal partners. If this is the case then they would own AI jointly. Anyone who knows anything about property rights will be able to tell you that joint ownership can be severed by any one of the joint owners. All that is required is expression of an intention to do so.

In stating that Charles was no longer part of the team (ie in firing him)Wesley has therefore severed his joint ownership with Gunn.

A little research might not go amiss next time!
