I just got done showcasing Graduation Day, Parts I and II to a friend who I've been converting to Buffy in bits and pieces. I especially wanted her to see that scene where Angel feeds from Buffy ('cause of the sexy!). I also told her about how G2 was one of two episodes that got delayed until the end of the summer for WB watchers in the States because of the Columbine tragedy.

Of course, then we watched "Earshot".

If we're talking favorites, mine will always be "Passion". Ty King was a master at Angelus and poetry:

"Passion.
It lies in all of us.
Sleeping, waiting.
And though unwanted, unbidden,
it will stir...
open its jaws, and howl.
It speaks to us, guides us.
Passion rules us all. And we obey.
What other choice do we have?
It hurts sometimes more than we can bear. If we could live without passion, maybe we'd know some kind of peace.
But we would be hollow.
Empty rooms, shuttered and dank.
Without passion, we'd be truly dead."
