What do we actually know about Mr. floaty-boots ?

A. He wears boots, &

B. He floats

Several Buufyverse characters wear boots, & any of them could. However, I can only think of two who have demonstrated the ability to levitate: Willow & Cordelia. I believe Willow floated so when fighting Glory, & Cordelia did it when she first became part-demon.

I think we can rule out Willow, who appears in the following issue in a different costume (am I the only one who thinks Willow is dressing a lot like Tara lately ?). Therefore, Mr. floaty boots must be Cordy.

I know she's supposed to be dead, but who isn't these days.
