I find that I have more than a little sympathy for Faith's view of the new council. Despite the vast resources available to the upper echelons reassignment to country where she is not wanted by the authorities is apparently out of the question without Giles` special deal. Helicopters for the brass but they can`t manahe to sneak someone across the Canadian border. Actually I seem to recall rather similar sentiments expressed back on Season 1 of Angel, a member of the Watcher wetworks team sent after Faith speaking to Wesley.
