This was an interesting, innovative (AFAIK), at times both terrifying and disturbing episode which, despite not having much by way of actual polt direction, still managed to grab my attention and provide a satisfying and thought provoking continuation of Torchwood's increasingly impressive contribution to TV week. It's always dangerous to claim that an idea is new, particularly in Sci Fi but those films I can think of where the theme is a related one eg The Manchurian Candidate and The Ipcress File didn't handle their central concept as chillingly or indeed as artfully, nicely done.
