Subject: Smallville

I watched Smallville last night after hearing the story line. I thought that it might be a tribute to "Normal Again." My impression was that it was not done nearly as well in regard to acting or writing, but then, I'm prejudiced.
I recall Masq saying that she was watching DVDs of Smallville but (if I am remembering this right), she wasn't getting a lot out of them.
I am a little disappointed that this site has not stayed more active in discussing movies and TV shows, as was the case not too long ago. There was some great analysis of shows and movies on this site. In my own case, I have particularly liked Friday Night Lights. It is not a supernatural show, but it has some great writing and acting, in my humble opinion, of course.
If you're reading this, Masq, let me know if you stuck with Smallville--and if it was worth it if you did.
