While it was great to see Giles, and hear Andrew's theories, I'm not sure why we needed them in this issue, except to allow for some great transitions. The comics are feeling rather slight as it is so it was hard to give up pages for brief tantalizing side trips.

The Xander dialogue was great throughout and Joss got me on that completely yikes-inducing bottom of the page panel. I am getting a bit concerned about all the teasing of Buffy ships, with the dream about Xander, the faceless man in black (is it Spike, is it Angel, is it the owner of floating feet in issue 1?), and this kiss of true yet not necessarily reciprocated love. I just want to get to know Buffy again at this point.

At least there's the promise of Willow kicking ass next issue.
