Personally I'm really enjoying the series. I think part of the characterization issue is that they've had to shift the tone away from the first season where the team was constantly at each other's throats.

Most of the other reviews I've heard have been positive, and people I know seem to like this season better than the last, so I'm hopeful that there will be a third.
