Interesting that you don't think any memorable new characters have been developed, since I feel Renee, Satsu, Gigi, and even Robin have all been brought vividly to life. I'd even include the Japanese goth gang, provisionally anyway.

If you mean continuing characters, as opposed to one-offs, then I suppose it's only Renee and Satsu, but I don't think that's bad at all in 13 issues, which correspond to about four episodes.

And I'm still thinking that Twilight is Kenny or his friend.
