I enjoyed watching Angel. But, and this is just personally for me, Angel's saga connected to me less than Buffy's. I'm much more akin to Buffy in what I'm searching for than to Angel.

So whereas for seven years I refused any other kind of engagement, work or otherwise, that would impinge on my Tuesday nights, when Buffy went off the air, I allowed stuff to start crowding in. Plus at the time I lived in Connecticut and the WB carried UCONN basketball. Don't know if that means anything to you, but the result was a lot of preempted Angels and it was just difficult to know when it was really going to be on. So I missed a lot. It just kind of gradually slipped away from me.

So its not that I don't like it, but I just don't know enough about it to comment on it in any interesting way. Buffy I can do chapter and verse. So I'm more likely to ramble about it. Not necessarily to anyone's benefit.
