Oh, I always fall back on my old favorites:

* Spike's voiceover in "In the Dark" ("Nancy-boy hair gel" LOL!)
* Angel's voiceover in "Passion" ("what drives us")
* Riley's comments about Buffy to Xander in "The Replacement ("she doesn't love me" or words to that effect)
* "I don't want to spend the next month trying to get librarian out of the carpet." -- Spike in "Becoming, Part I"

Then there is always:
Buffy to Giles: "Do you stuff your own shirts or do you send them out?"

Angel: "Knit me a sweater. Something dark."
