As far as I can recall, no door to Dawn's room. If you think about the bathroom layout from the infamous Seeing Red, you enter from the hall:

On the right is the shower/tub. Beyond it is a vanity-style sink.

On the left is the commode (think Andrew in Storyteller). Beyond it is the door into the master bedroom.

The only thing is, I could swear the floorplan morphs on occasion. So your mileage certainly might vary.
