I am going to have to go with Rook here. If you are to believe what Skip said, Jasmine was pretty much responsible for every major story arc for the first four seasons of Angel (and the resulting ramifications for S5). That is one powerful evil entity pulling all those strings for hundreds of years. You would of thought that she would have at least received executive producer credit for ATS.
