And I've just began the "reading" Buffy world (just discovered a book store that has Buffy/Angel books, quite a lot, "Mystery Galaxy" in San Diego.

Besides Joss' Fray comic novel & a thin comic set "Tale of Slayers", with one story by D. Fury that includes the original arrival of Dick Wilkins to Colenial California. Richard III is thinking of naming his town "HappyDale" or "SunnyVille"...

Only two Buffy novels I've found is "Queen of the Slayers" (Nancy Holder) & "Go Ask Malice" which is about Faith in Boston & Kissing Toast... I still don't quite understand the ending... But that book does describe in nice detail the moment Faith is called into Slayerhood. Explains her tatoo, and that Faith's Watcher in Boston, that Kakistos "does something horrible" to, was engaged to Rubert Giles father (i.e. Giles' finds Giles' Mum after "Faith's Watcher" Professor D breaks up and goes to America). Sigh. You also hear about Faith's early getting bouncy with the Klepto, Kenny the Drummer, and somebody else...I forget.

I kept hearing the song "Go Ask Alice" (Grace Slick/Jefferson Airplane) while reading it. But the Demon "Malice", I still don't get where it was going...

The two new networks arising ("CW" and "My-DontThinkSo-YoursNotMine-Network" I thought there was some sort of blame that due to how WB & UPN dealt with Buffy & Angel, that's what killed them. But looks like same old BS rising.

I WANT MY V-TV or Joss-TV. Somebody start a rumor that Boreanaz & Marsters are involved in series of commercials (James: Hi I'm James Marsters and there is David. We're not Vampires, but we play them on Tv - or did? We're here to settle the question: Cavemen vs. Astronauts (Weapons TBD) Who would win? I've got my initial team ready, here are the two guys in that commercial ("I'll have the roast duck with the mango saulsa. You might try a little reasearch first...") When Captain Forehead here finds some Astronauts, I hear Old Larry is still in Florida and is willing to remake his role of Tony Nelson, we can get this party going.

(this might be good show also, BuffyVerse vs. Charmed Cast members).

Oh well, I've digressed. Love Veronica Mars (only seen Season 1, which is where I live, PB, SD, CA), but BuffyBot said it best (and "they" just don't get it):

"If you want her to be exactly she'll never be exactly I know the only real Buffy is really really Buffy and she's gone who?"

The new Blade? "Fangs but no thanks". Its not about Vampires, Magic... Its about quality, Integrity, Great Litratiture, and "...a story with scope".

Any help about what Buffy/Angel books are a "MUST GET" before their gone, would be muy appreciato...

Any what the heck is Joss doing theze days? Or Fury? I heard Amber Benson was at Comic Con/SD this year (missed it -- Grrr Arrgh).

I think I'll check out "Faith, Hope, y Trick" again to see if I missed something...

Btw: Buffy episode 3.09 "The Wish", check out who is being munched at the Bronze entrance, the first time when Vampire Willow & Xander arrive. And who is the Vampire doing the munching? My guess: the Vampire: a very made-up and first cameo "David Fury"? [Faith is the suck-ee, or maybe she gets sired in the Bizarro World...? Uh oh, another Buffy Novel idea!!!
