I think the closest thing to a magical book would be the ones that sent Fred and the rest of Team Angel to Pylea when they were read alound from. I'm not sure about the Books of Wolf, Ram and Hart...they opened the portal home but didn't seem to be magical themselves.

There was also Wesley's book that could be any book in the world but it wasn't really dangerous, the magic just linked it to W and H's library.
