Jeff Ricketts was one of the Watcher's Council thugs (Weatherby) in This Year's Girl and Who Are You (Buffy) and Sanctuary (Angel) and was one of the Blue Glove guys in The Train Job and Ariel (Firefly). All in all, he played some of the more unlikable characters in the Jossverse.

BTW, I was watching The Prodigal from Angel S1 and noticed that Christina Hendricks (Yo-Saf-Bridge in Firefly) played a bar maid. Joss does tend to use and reuse the same actors which I think is nice.
