What exactly was stereotypical about Aaron's birth? I do not understand that statement. Nor do I understand the charge that the birth was handled in a dumb manner. How did you come to that conclusion?

Also, why is it that when fictional characters are acting in a negative manner (which is how many humans tend to behave), people accuse the wrtiers of bad writing.
