I don't know whether this really resolves the issues- particularly the Angel/Buffy timeframe consistency issues, (for which see Rob's episode order list, which I think generally helps to clarify the order in which things happen, if nothing more detailed ).

But..., remember that 'Conversations with Dead People' does in fact datestamp a particular point in the timeline, 7.7, as November 12, 2002,and beginning at 8:01pm.

The only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is that we know that Buffy is precisely 17 years old on the date od 'Surprise', and can therefore work out the year from her tombstone in 'The Gift', although I don't think we know the date of the birthday.

A construction of more depth might be possible, but I'm not sleuthy enough to be the one to do it... ;-)
