Subject: Questions about 'Somethings Wicked'

I think this series is Amazing. I love it, a lot, but that doesn't mean I can't have a few questions. :)

I don't really understand Angel's thought process after he gets drunk. First, he searches for Illryia. Then, having found her, he leaves - for whatever reason. Then, he goes to find Drusilla, who he spotted driving towards Illryia's library! I guess the mystery is part of the plot, given what Angel was doing when the story ended.
Are his reasons going to be explained? If not, that's okay. It's not a huge deal.

As a side note, I loved Angel and Spike drunk. I love Angel vowing to never again get drunk with Spike.
