Here are the official site rules. If you have any comments, please make them. I may add more later, but hopefully, this should suffice:
1- Keep it clean. No excessive profanity (the occaisional bleep is all right, but I'd like to make sure this forum stays open to people of all ages). No sex. And try to limit any vulgar jokes, if you feel your character really must make them.
2- No godplay. This means you cannot control another person's character.
3- Pliartha is original. Don't use characters, places, weapons, etc from ANY book, movie, game, rpg, etc.
4- You may control however many characters you like, but they must all have bios up in the bio forum, and you must be able to use them all regularly, don't just have a couple extras around in case you get bored of your main character.
5- Your characters are cannot be perfect. They cannot be the best at everything. Give them flaws!
6- For the sake of everyone, please try to use correct grammar, spelling, and capitalization. It's painful for most people to read something that they can't make sense of.
That's all I can come up with at the moment, but these are subject to change. And do try to have fun with it.
