Character Name: Angharad of the House of Cafall
Age: 17
Physical description: Angharad is 5'10". She is skinny rather than slender. Her hair is long and red, and her eyes are grey. Her face is too angular to be considered really beautiful, but could at least be called pretty. Her skin is fair and lightly freckled. She can often be seen wearing the traditional Cafall colors of navy blue and granite grey.
Demeanor: Angharad usually tries to hold the calm, quiet, pleasant air that she's been taught noblewomen ought to have, but more often than not she finds herself losing her temper, particularly when her older brother Aidan (a character anyone is welcome to take up if they wish) agitates her, as he loves to do.
Personal History: Angharad is the daughter of Lord Devin and Lady Branwen of Cafall, which is a small piece of barren, rocky land in the Gwerthyn Mountains, not far to the north of Rhonde. Her House's only wealth and fame lie in its breeding of horses and hounds. She has never been off of her family lands before the story begins. She has always enjoyed riding, and also enjoys reading poetry and playing music; all three activities are seen as beneficial by her parents. What they don't think beneficial (or at least they wouldn't if they ever found out) is that Angharad convinced her brother Aidan to teach her how to use a knife and a bow when they were younger. She keeps a knife in her girdle always, and takes a bow and quiver with her whenever she goes riding - she refuses to trust anything to luck. At the beginning of the story, Angharad is travelling to Rhonde with her family to attend a court function. What she doesn't know is that her parents are searching for a husband for her.
I'll be controling Angharad's parents as well, and if no one decides to take on her brother, I might add him to the lot. You're welcome to control any minor characters you want, just not the ones that other RPers are controlling.
