In reply to: Blaise 's message, "Re: Story" on 13:26:05 05/13/03 Tue

Frederick, bewildered, confused, and shocked, looked about at this sudden crowd that had drawn about the carriage. This was certainly more than he had intended for. First, he turned to the young woman who had strapped herself to his arm, "Please miss, remove yourself from my arm." Then, he turned to Aidan, and spoke quickly, "If you had not heard, young lord Cafall, I am Baron Frederick von Braun III, the son of the noble lord Manfredd von Braun." Turning then to the woman who stood taller than himself, "You may certainly return their items." Finally, he turned to the warrior bard who called himself Blaise, "Good day, friend. I have no clue who this young woman who referred to you as my slave is, and why she called you such is beyond me. I assure you no ill-will, and would recompense you for any grievances that may have been caused, if you should so desire."

As soon as Xanthippe removed herself reluctantly from Frederick, she shifted her gaze momentarily to Blaise and Einar. "Sir Knight, could I have this horse?"

Frederick shook his head and sighed. This was indeed going to be a long day. "Mistress Cafall, young lord Cafall, I am not at present completely aware of my surroundings. Would there be chance that you all were headed to the palace? I have an errand I must run, at the place."

Yes, this would indeed be a long day for Baron Frederick...
