A necklace collar thingy that has a harm that looks like an eagle with its wing spread. (the eagle would be made out of some sort of black/white stone) The only power it would hav would be to give the wearer courage if she is afaird, and maybe (but not ifit is too powerful) to be able to call one certain eagle to Soar High's side if she needs the bird.
