(you can pick type and name if you wish, or else I will) At your command, clouds can be formed from everywhere you stand. Also, rain may pour down from these clouds - it cannot turn to snow or ice! Clouds can cloak you from enemies and even lift you up into the sky for a ride. The bird, when perched on you, gives you even more power.
