Aware of the human�s gaze upon him, the stallion ceases his momentum to simply stare back. On most occasions when attention was given to him and him alone, the Kid would�ve paraded about showing off what he could do, but that didn�t seem a required thing to do with this particular human. Nevertheless, he wasn�t about to let a spectator cause him to be shy, since timid he never was. Pillars sliding forward straight into a canter, he trails along beside the fence again, his dulled pelt almost brushing against the wooden surface but not quite. After a few times one way, he slows to a prancing trot before tossing his finely molded cranium and flicking his heels up with exaggerated motion.

Before long, he gets bored of going around and around in a closed-in area, he settles down to clip at a few random blades of grass. He was at a slow walk now, grabbing a mouthful here and another there, but it was obvious the stallion had part of his attention split towards the human. The Kid was known to appoint one particular person as �his human� and thereby work his heart out only for that chosen person, but it was also known that he might not pick one at all. It really depended on several factors, including whether that person was willing to spare their attention for him and him only. Then again, there were always exceptions�
