Subject: A lovely black female otter walks in...

Her fur is so black, that it has a blue tingue to it, and her eyes are dark green. She could be mistaken for Snippalo's sister, if it weren't for the white elaborate tattoos crisscrossing down her muscular arms. She is wearing a dark blue robe, and she carries a beautiful amber pommel-stoned sword in one paw. She speaks with a rich voice, a voice that is acustomed to be used.
"Hello, creatures of Holt Silverotter. I am Neptune Solwood, from the far west. I come in search of a home, and I stopped here to see if I like it. I think I already do." She flashes her dazzling smile in a friendly way.
