Dorm: Bad Babes!
Mission: I did # 89!
You just ate a berry when the elder says it is poisonous. Your mouth starts to burn! You run to the pond to get a drink. 9 other dibbuns are there. you ask why, and they say "Because of an elder!" What do you do for revenge? Be sure to include a terrible bath in full detail!

It’s a calm spring day at the abbey of Redwall. Midnight is wandering around, wondering what to do, when she sees a bush laden with berries! Dashing forward, she reaches the bush, and plucks a berry. They look like raspberries, only smaller. A raspy voice sounds, close to Midnight. “Don’t eat that, young ‘un, them berries is poisonous!” Midnight looks at the slender middle aged squirrel, and scoffed. “ ‘Ow would yew know?” With a devious grin, she pops the berry into her mouth! She chewed it up and swallowed. The “elder” tsks tsks and walks away.
A burning sensation makes its way up Midnight throat to her mouth. Yelping, she dashes off to the pond to try to quench the heat. Diving in, she begins to drink the water, in huge gulps. Once the heat is gone from her mouth, she comes out of the pond, dripping wet. She rubs her eyes with her paws, to clear water off. As her eye sight clears, she sees nine dibbuns staring at her. Her curiosity is instantly aroused. “ Why are you all standing by the pond? Did you go swimming? Please no! I would hate the thought of missing out on all the fun!”
The dibbuns all stare at her, finally one of them speaks up. “ Its that elder isn’t it? He put some sort of hot pepper on the berries. He knew that even if he told us they were poisonous we would eat them. So of course we did, and he left, tsk tsking pretending just to be a concerned elder.” As the dibbun is tellign this, Midnight’s eyes slit. Once the dibbun is done, Midnight speaks up. “ What should we do about it? Any ideas on what to do for revenge?”
A particularly myschevios squirrel dibbun speaks up. “ Lets put itching powder on his chair at supper!” The other dibbuns all grin at this idea. The dibbun, who is named Jess, giggles. “I know where there is some itching powder is. Come on!” Jess dashes off towards the abbey. Midnight and all the others race after her. They charge up the stairs. Jess motions them to halt, and whispers “Shh. I am going to see if the sister is in the infirmary, if she’s not, I can grab the itching powder!” The others nod. Jess sneaks in, and a few minutes later, she re-appears with the itching powder!
Midnight takes it from her, and dashes down the stairs, to the dining hall. Glancing around, she notices that no ones around. Jess catches up to her. “That’s his chair!” Jess points out a tall chair. Midnight sneaks over there and pours the itching powder on it. Then the two dash out. A couple minutes later the bells begin to ring for supper. Midnight and Jess grin, and walk into the dining hall again. They sit down, and all the abbey beasts bow their heads in the prayer.
“Thank the seasons for being plentiful and blessing this abbey. Amen”
The elder suddenly jumps out of his chair, and begins scratching his rear and his back. The abbot stands up, and looks at the elder severely. “What is wrong with you?” The elder is red with rage. “Someone put something on my chair! It itches!” The abbot looks around at the snickering abbey members, “Who did this?” Midnight and Jess look at each other, and meekly raise their paws. The abbot looks at them. “Your on Abbots Report! I want to see both of you in Great Hall after Supper. Brother, you are excused from the table.” The two dibbuns look at their paws. Once they finish dinner, they walk to the Great Hall.
When they get there, the abbot and Sister Alkenet are waiting. The sister speaks first. “I say we give them a bath and then straight to bed!” The abbot looks at the two dibbuns horrified faces. “Alright, I leave you in charge of bathing them!” With that, he walks off to his room. The Sister takes the two into the kitchen, and heats up some water. She sets it in the tub, and plops Midnight and Jess in. “I don’t wanna bath!” Midnight wails! Jess splashes some water at the Sister, and secedes on getting her wet. The Sister scowls, as she watches layers of dirt come off the two. She takes them out, dries them, puts clean smocks on them, and takes them to the dormitories. Jess and Midnight are going to have to get their Revenge on the sister next!!
