He sat near Katie towers then twitched as he heard others approach. His skull pulled away from the girl to turn his dark ooids in direction of the pair. He forgot everything around him as he spotted her. The rest of the world became somewhat of a blur. Shocked he eased away from the girl. Maw opened as his alto voice flowed from maw.
Diamond?

The filly stirred as she began to dream. First there was two foals.. no three the other stood by a mare who was.. it seemed blind. Then it flashed ahead to her mother and father facing a huge.. evil.. stallion. She snorted, her hooves stirred in her sleep.
