The problem with having a tag title is that you need to have a good sized roster. I think that you`d have to get rid of all other titles, save the main title. You`d have to have at least 15 guys to make it work.
It might be feasible if RAW had about 12 guys on every show, with some of those guys switching back and forth (not the same 12 guys on every show, more than 12 on the roster).
