Methinks the Kingman squash may have had something to do with the North Sydney show the night before. You see, in North Sydney, these two guys that call themselves the Custom Made Marks (a handsome lot they are, but not all there upstairs) mark out for every hold, move, and turn in Custom's match. Now we can't have a talented midcarder get over more than the bookerman can we?

Plus, during the boring Sinner's match in North Sydney, those marks started doing the "What does everybody want? HEAD!" spot during rest holds. Kingman had to build his ego back up after us, I mean the Marks, showing him up.
