"Naah--I'll just kill him if he talks," Virgil replied, grinning evilly, making sure Guile picked up the message. "Or I'll just start some intresting rumors about WHY you were looking down there in the first place..."

Then Redd felt a light hand brush against her her cheek.

Virgil smiled. "I'm learning. And...I'm sorry for overreacting like that. It's just been a long couple of days, is all...You know how I feel about you. 'Sides...I'm holding out for the real thing..."

Suddenly he felt a wave of disgust come through the link. At first he thought it might be Redd, but it felt...different.

"MITAK!?!? What the fuck are you...oh, that's right, you can't block this out, can you?...hehhehheh, vengance is mine!!" Then he turned again to the tracking device, which was still beeping. I wonder...

Then he saw Sang walking up.

"Hey, you know about stuff like this, right?", he said, holding out the tracking device. "If someone were to use this as a beacon for teleporting, is is possible to track the person back to theior original location?"
