"Lessee... I ran into the wall back there about ten minutes ago.." Kholas started to say, idly seeing if there was anything interesting in the trash can. "I was the big wolf that dented your dumpste-- waAAAGHH!"

This ...unusual noise was the direct result of the grenade exploding nearby. The blast was painful to human senses; to the better tuned hearing and smell of Kholas (who still had yet to get used to all the buildings around him, let alone this kind of trauma) it was absolutey overwhelming.

He stumbled back, changed into a wolf again.... and charged blindly forward, trying to get a piece of debris out of his eye. This forward movement was halted as he tripped over the smoking remains of the door and went sprawling awkwardly, into the now open room.

(OOC- Little notice of absence: Faye Nightingale will definitely not be posting between now and next Wednesday. And I will be in Arizona and unable to post form this Thursday until next Friday. -OOC)
