Virgil's eyes narrowed as Solace began speculating on why they'd come in after them. I stuck our necks on the block for THIS??... He was about to go on about ingrates and some other stuff he hadn't sorted out yet when some of the other people from the alley interrupted.

He sighed. "All right...guess we got what we came for." He would have tried to explain to Solace why he'd dragged everyone down here, but there wasn't time--and knowing her she'd probably be gone by the time they hit the street anyway. "Turn right at the next corner--it's pretty much a straight shoot after that. We've got people covering the exit so it should be cake. Hit the street and try to blend in--I don't think this guy's bold enough to try an attack in public. I'll cover the back door. We'll meet bqack at the ship." THen he waited for the others to start moving before heading for the exit himself.
