~the chestnut mare grazes for a few moments, then looks up. She trots over to the fence, and calls out to Montana, the girl she knew and loved. But the girl does not turn, so she just nickers, then canters gracefully around. If only she had something to jump...the fence was too high. Just a small fence...but there was none. Snorting at the indignanty of it all, she goes back to grazing boredly.~
