The mare saw how desperate the girl looked. It saddened her that she was making the girl angry at herself. As she looked over to where the trailer was she saw that it wasn't that far. Then once again, she began to lift herself upward. When she got to the point of when her wound stung she tried her best to ignore it and kept going. Soon, slowly but surely, she was standing. She picked up her rear left foot to take the weight off it and sighed again. With relief in her eyes she waited for the girl to get up and lead her to the trailer.
